Panner Tikka Dry recipe

Paneer… Is one of my most favt dairy product. 😊

Paneer Tikka is one of the best paneer starter and this is also called as Tandoori paneer Tikka. There are many ways to grill this tikka’s and the most authentic method requires BBQ grill.

Everywhere we can’t get BBQ so people do on oven grills or on the grill pan.

And here I’m sharing you the easy one that prepares on the Grill Pan.

Ingredients

  1. Paneer or cottage cheese 250grms
  2. Bell pepper all three colours (green,yellow,red)
  3. Onion 1
  4. Thick curd/hung curd 7 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  7. Cumin/jeera powder 1tsp
  8. Turmaric half tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1tsp
  10. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  11. Chat masala powder 1tso
  12. Lemon juice 1tsp
  13. Kasturi meti 2tsp
  14. Salt

Method

Mix all the ingredients very well except panner, bellpepper and onion

Then add panner, bellpepper and onion. Allow it to marinate for half and hour or 1hr

Heat the grill tawa or grill pan , then add one by one marinated tikka’s spray some oil and allow it to turn golden brown all the four sides.

When it done, arrange the panner into skewers or you can serve without skewers also. That’s it ..

Paneer tikka is ready !!

This panner Tikka goes well with green mint chutney.
