Summer is here so the mangoes are π
Mangoes are the only fruit that loved by many, so me too.
So before mango season say bye, i decided to prepare few of the mango recipe’s.
There are so many varieties of mangoes, but I always like to choose Alphonso mango (raspuri) and Bangara palli, because these two hold extremely amazing flavours and tastes sweet so good.
Mango vermicelli kheer is rich milk dessert, combaind with cardamom powder, mango pulp, sugar and many more.
And this is the easy dessert so far.
Ingredients
- Two Alphonso mango pulp
- Sugar one cup
- Cardamom powder half tsp
- Milk 2 and half cup
- Saffron strands few
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Ghee 1tsp
- Almond flakes for garnish
Method
In a heavy bottom pan add ghee when it’s heated add vermicelli, fry nicely untill it turns golden brown colour.
Now add milk, stir continuesly untill the vermicelli cook in a medium flame.
Once vermicelli cook add sugar let the sugar dissolves completely.
Meanwhile scoop mango pulp then place it into mixer and puree it.
Now lower the flame completely then add mango puree and cardamom powder mix nicely. Turn off the flame .
Allow it to cool completely, then refrigerate for 1hour.
Then serve with few almond flakes, safroon strands and mango pulp above.
