When yesterday was schezwan Sauce day then today is schezwan Maggie day 😊
Indo-chinese food occupies a very special place in my house. I like that street style noodles or fried rice or any other Chinese food.
So today I prefer simple and easy schezwan Maggie. This is the simple indo-chinese food I ever cook .
And I’m sure there are many Maggie lovers here !!

Heat the pan, add oil when it heated add garlic, onion and green chillies saute for 2min.
Then add all the vegetables except spring onions , add salt then saute for 5min, then add schezwan Sauce again saute for 1min .
Now add the cooked Maggie mix well, turn off the flame then garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
