It’s always simple and quick tasty dips.
And I’m always mad at these two dips, those even go well with Mexican food bowl.
These dips provides protein, carbohydrates and fiber.
I always love to have with tortilla crispa (my favt snack)
And avocados are my new love in the kitchen, it’s super healthy, creamy and even works well with burritos.
And salsa that will be ready in a minute, tomatoes are mixed with onions , coriander and lime juice that’s gives authentic Mexican taste.
So let’s start with the recipe . . . .
Ingredients for Guacamole
- Two ripe avocado
- One large tomato
- One onion finely chopped
- Finely chopped coriander
- One green chillies finely chopped
- Half line juice
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for salsa
- Two to three tomatoes finely chopped
- Half red onion chopped
- One garlic clove chopped
- Half bunch coriander chopped
- One lime juice
- Salt to taste
Method to prepare guacamole
Mash the avocados in a serving bowl.
Now add all the chopped onions, tomato, coriender and green chillies.
Then add salt , lime juice stir well.
Method to prepare salsa
Here to chop the ingredients you can use blender or you can just chop in your hands.
In a serving bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
