Chilli Paneer/ cottage cheese manchuri

Is there is anyone who doesn’t like indo Chinese food ??

I guess there is no one.

So today I came up with easy starters after my weekend hangover.

Ingredients for paneer marination

  1. Panner cut indo small cubes
  2. Two tsp corn flour
  3. Two tsp all purpose flour
  4. Pepper powder 1tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  6. Red chilli powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Water to coat

For sauce

  1. Finely chopped garlic 10 to 15
  2. Finely chopped ginger 1inch
  3. Spring onion greens chopped
  4. 6 Green chillies chopped
  5. 1 white onion chopped
  6. 1tsp coriander leaves chopped
  7. Pepper powder 1tsp
  8. 1tsp soy sauce
  9. 2tsp tamoto sauce
  10. 2tsp red chilli sauce
  11. 1tsp rice vinegar
  12. 1/4 tsp corn starch(optional)
  13. Salt as per taste

Method

First marinate the paneer with above mentioned recipe, and keep aside for 15min.

Then deep fry the marinated paneer till it turns golden brown colour.

For making manchuri, heat the big pan, add onions , ginger ,garlic , fry for few minutes then add all the sauce one by one, vinegar, pepper powder and fry for 5min.

Then if you want the manchuri in gravy consistency then add corn starch mixing with half cup of water. Then add fried paneer and mix nicely.

Serve hot with fried rice.
