Done with my long weekend at friend’s place, now Iam not able to came back to my old routines, I hate this feeling.
I dono when I will be back, so today to be in lazy part I prepared something good that can be done with 45min. And well go with chapathi or white rice.
Ingredients
- Boiled egg 4
- Two finely chopped onions
- Two tomato paste
- Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
- Cumin seeds 1tsp
- Turmeric powder half tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 and half tsp
- Coriander powder 1tsp
- Egg Kurma masala 1tsp
- One tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Oil 3tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water 1cup
Method
In a hard pan add oil, when it’s heated add cumin seeds once it’s changes the colour add onions chopped and ginger garlic paste fry untill the colour of onion changes, then add turmeric powder, tomato paste and salt.
Fry untill the tomato paste changes the colour, now add coriander powder, red chilli powder and egg Kurma masala ( if there is no Kurma masala, we can use garam masala)
Close the lid and cook for 5min, then add water to it, mix well then add hard boiled eggs (make gashes on eggs or even you can poke the eggs with toothpick or just you can cut into half) they allow to cook for 5min with lid close.
Switch off the flame and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
