We just love anything that prepared using cauliflower, like gobi manchuri, gobi stir fry, gobi parata anything and everything.
It’s like cool evening today so as always my husband crave for something for snacks, then I came up with Gobi tandoor 65.
After gobi manchuri, we love this Gobi Tandoor 65, an amazing delicious snack that coated with desi tandoor masala powder.

Meanwhile keep the oil to heat, once the oil in heated enough in a medium flame add the coated cauliflower florets one by one, and allow to it cook nicely, till it become crispy.
You can check the crispyness by moving distancing spatula, above the cooking cauliflower florets.
Once it’s crispy enough take out the cauliflower florets in a tissue paper.
Now for seasoning, take a pan add oil 2tsp once it’s heated add green chillies and curry leaves. Then add cooked fried cauliflower florets and add tandoori masala powder all over. Mix very well and switch off the flame.
