Cranberry lemonade

Cranberry season are here,that means time to make some recipes using it.

Cranberry are anti-oxidants and full of vitamin C. Which boost the immune system.

Lower the risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

Unfortunately many commercially available Cranberry juice are sweetened with sugar. so today I came up with adding zero sugar lemonade for sweetness. You can add any sweetness as per your taste like raw honey , maple syrup or any other fruit juice.


  1. Cranberry 200grams
  2. Water 6 to 8 cups
  3. Few mint leaves
  4. Sliced lemon few
  5. Zero sugar lemonade
  6. Few ice cubes


Wash cranberries and put them in a Crock-Pot or any other big pan add water, then cover and cook for 20min still the berries become soft or popped open and little bit mushy.

Now strain the juice nicely. Then allow the juice to cool completely add lemon slices and mint leaves. Store the juice in refrigerator.

For serving, in a glass add two to three ice cubes, pour 1/4ml or 1/2ml of cranberry juice and fill it with lemonade.

You can even add any alcohol if you want something like vodka or gin.
