How about some hot and spicy dill leaves bonda for this cosy climate!!
I’m dill leaves fan, because it smells amazing, and add different aroma for the recipe.
Here is the very simple and easy dill leaves bonda that everyone will enjoy in the family.
- Gram flour 2 cup
- Rice flour 2tsp
- Dill leaves chopped 1cup
- Green chillies chopped 3
- Red chilli powder 1tsp or half tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil to deep fry
Keep oil to heat up in a kadai, meanwhile in a bowl add all the ingredients that I mentioned above.
Mix very well without water, now add two small tsp of hot oil(adding hot oil makes the pakoda crispy) and mix very well again, then add little little water and make a thick batter.
Now add small balls of batter by using your hand or by using wet spoon.
Fry untill it turns golden brown, and serve hot with green chutney. 😊
