Egg pepper fry are something that can done within 20min, recently I bought egg cocker, trust me!! Boiling the eggs has become so easy now.
So these days, I started preparing the egg recipes more, and here is the easy side dish that can be put together in minutes.
And I love anything with curry leaves.
- Garlic pods 5 to 6
- Ginger half inch
- Fennel seeds half tsp
- Whole Pepper 1tsp
- Coriander seeds half tsp
- Hard boiled eggs 4
- Curry leaves 8
- Half small onion chopped
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder half tsp
- Oil 4tsp
Cut the eggs into two pieces,then add oil into the pan once it’s heated, add turmeric powder and little bit salt and add eggs carefully fry them. Once the eggs turn little golden brown take them away and keep aside.
Now in a blender add onion, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, ginger, garlic, pepper and little bit of water to make the masala into smooth paste.
Now in the same pan add the masala paste fry till the raw smell goes, then add fried eggs, curry leaves and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, check the salt if needed add little more salt.
Enjoy the egg pepper fry with any rice side dish.
