Like that, even I started compromising my breakfast on weekdays from one month, so here is the quick and healthy breakfast recipe.
Nowadays oats playing major role in our daily life because it healthy and packed with goodness.There’s no better way than starting your day with these Simple Pancakes – and even better when they’re Slimming World, Weight Watchers and Calorie Counting friendly!
- One ripe banana
- Rolled oats 100g
- Egg one
- Milk 125ml
- Baking powder 2tsp
- Vegetable oil 1tsp
- Fresh fruit of your choice
In a blender, combine peeled banana, egg, oats, baking powder and milk.
Allow to blend until the mixture as smooth and blended well.
Heat the non-stick pan over medium heat, cook 1-2 mins, until the base sets and bubble appear all over the top.
Flip and cook the other side for a minute. Repeat in batches.
Serve with drizzle of maple syrup or honey or Nutella and fresh fruit of your choice something like chopped apples, strawberry, blueberry, raspberries etc.
