Masala Dosa is completely depended on this red masala chutney. Without this chutney, dosa is not considered as masala dosa.The recipe I’m sharing here is very simple and taste exactly like a hotel. Just spread 2tsp on the above of the dosa it is enough to get yummy taste.
This chutney can be prepared within 10min.
- Kashmiri red chillies 5 to 6
- Garlic pods 3 to 4
- Curry leaves few
- Cumin seeds half tsp
- Coriander seeds one tsp
MethodIn a mixer jar adds all the ingredients along with a half cup of water and grind it into a fine paste.That’s it the chutney is done.Note: if you have time soak the red chillies in hot water for 5min so that while grinding you will get a fine smooth consistency.
